The Bistro at The Brunton has been a firm fixture in The Brunton’s dining and social scene since 2006 when Norma (Buchan) and Zandra (Borthwick), two friends from Musselburgh in East Lothian, extended their blossoming outside catering business into the venue we know and love today.
Deliciously freshly prepared tasty treats and meals for all taste buds. They are passionate about supporting local producers and take great pride in delivering high quality cuisine and first class service with the help of their creative and talented team. Their ‘personal touch’ is felt throughout the restaurant where a welcoming social hub has been provided for all members of the community, visitors to the Town and theatregoers.
The Brunton Theatre had been extensively refurbished and incorporated a spacious and stylish Bistro restaurant. The pair, with endless enthusiasm, drive and energy, set about creating a welcoming, professional and friendly dining experience.
